“Sponsorship covers a girl’s school fees, stationary, uniform, school bag and tiffin (snack).”
Sponsorship:
Sponsorship costs are $500NZD annually/$45NZD monthly. All administration costs, excluding salaries who are supported by generous individuals, are covered by the Board of Trustees. So your donations are used entirely to increase the well-being of the girls in the program!
A note on Tax Deductions:
GEE Nepal is an officially registered charity in New Zealand. However, due to the fact that 100% of our funds go straight to our girls in Nepal, we do not qualify for tax rebate as to qualify for this, our recent discovery has found that around 50% of our funds need to be kept in the country in which it is registered. Due to this reason we are not able to issue any sponsors/supporters with a tax receipt. However, we are proud to claim that 100% of the funds we receive go straight to the girls in our program which means that the impact can be greater for them.
